Official rules
2. Eligibility
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
3. Exclusions
The promoter, members of the promoter's immediate family or household, anyone employed or contracted to operate or administer the giveaway, and anyone professionally connected with it may not enter.
4. Opening and closing
The giveaway opens 1 September 2026 at 12:00am Europe/London and closes 14 October 2026 at 11:59pm Europe/London. Entries outside this period are invalid.
5. Qualification
Entrants must have at least one saved module in UniTracks and either at least one saved deadline or a successfully imported timetable containing at least one saved session. Previously saved data counts. Qualification alone does not submit an entry.
6. How to enter
Qualified users must complete and submit the official giveaway form opened through UniTracks before the closing time. Opening the form does not enter you. Emails sent to UniTracks do not count as entries.
7. Entry limit and cost
One valid entry is permitted per person. Entry is free. No purchase or UniTracks Pro subscription is required.
8. Invalid and duplicate entries
Entries may be rejected if duplicated, incomplete, inaccurate, late, ineligible, submitted outside the official route, or associated with abuse or interference. Duplicate entry references and normalised email addresses are removed before the draw.
9. Prize
One £50 cash prize will be paid by bank transfer to the verified winner. No payment or purchase is required to enter or claim the prize.
10. Selection
One provisional winner and two ranked reserve winners will be selected at random from the final valid-entry list using a recorded, cryptographically secure computer process. The draw takes place on 15 October 2026.
11. Winner contact
The provisional winner will be contacted within 48 hours using the email supplied on the form and has seven calendar days to respond.
12. Reserves and verification
Eligibility and identity must be confirmed. If the provisional winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize or does not complete reasonable verification, UniTracks may contact the next ranked reserve.
13. Payment
The prize will be paid within 30 days after the winner responds successfully and passes eligibility checks. Bank details are requested only from the verified winner for payment.
14. Data protection
Entry information is used only to administer the giveaway and is not used for marketing without separate voluntary consent. Academic content is not submitted. See the Privacy Policy or contact privacy@unitracks.co.uk.

16. Governing law
The giveaway is governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer rights elsewhere in the United Kingdom.
